He has extensive experience working with the private sector in the promotion of children's rights.

Natalia Mochu, Regional Director, Regional Office for CIS, ITU Ms. Natalia Mochu holds bachelor's degree in mathematics and informatics and master's degree in information technology from the State University of Moldova. Before joining the ITU in February 2020, Natalia occupied the post of Senior Manager for Global Stakeholder Engagement for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). In 2012-2018 she worked as Deputy Head of Laboratory at the Radio Research and Development Institute (NIIR) in Moscow. From 2006 to 2012 Natalia worked for the Executive Committee of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications (RCC), in particular she was the RCC Executive Committee Deputy Director General in 2008-2012. Natalia started her professional career as Specialist of the Ministry of Information Development of the Republic of Moldova in 2002. Natalia participated in ITU high-level conferences and meetings, including ITU Plenipotentiary Conferences, Councils and Sectoral Conferences; contributed to the activities of RCC working bodies, European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations, as well as ICANN, RIPE NCC and other relevant organizations.

Sheeba Harma, Regional Gender Advisor, UNICEF ECA
Ms. Sheeba Harma is regional gender advisor within the UNICEF Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia. Over 20 years of international development experience in Afghanistan, India, Nigeria, UK, Sri Lanka, Nepal and programming experience across all South Asia countries, Europe and Central Asia, South East Asia and African region, Dr. Sheeba Härmä has senior management and leadership expertise in designing, planning, strengthening, evaluating and executing successful program interventions across Social Development, Gender, Institutional building and Governance. Impact of her work has been on enhancing strategic planning, organizational performance coordination and accountability with Government and Civil Society, Gender Mainstreaming in National Programs and Policies, enhancing women's representation and leadership, GBV, Access to Basic Services, women shelters and Justice, Child Protection and Girls Education, Refugee Migrant Response through improved governance/service systems, policy, advocacy, civil society and public outreach.

Helene Molinier, Senior Advisor, Innovation and Technology, GEF Secretariat for the AC on TIGE, UN Women Ms. Hélène Molinier brings over 15 years of experience in program, policy and partnership work on gender equality, innovation and sustainable development. She successfully developed and implemented innovative programming initiatives, including digital tools for youth empowerment, innovative finance mechanisms for biodiversity conservation, innovative legal preparedness frameworks, interactive capacity building methodologies and innovative grant making for legal empowerment and access to justice for vulnerable women.
As Senior Advisor on Innovation and Technology for UN Women for two years, she successfully implemented a multi-stakeholder partnership on gender-responsive innovation, was “Sherpa" to UN Women Executive Director for the UN SG Task Force on Digital Financing for the SDGs, and authored of the UN Women policy paper “Leveraging Digital Finance for Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment" and provided technical advice on the development of digital tools, frontier technology and social innovation. Prior to this role, Hélène worked for several development organizations, including IDLO (Netherlands), UNICEF (Sri Lanka), the Global Fund (Switzerland), WHO Regional Office for Africa (Congo Republic), UNDP (Benin), Business France (Paris) and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (South Africa and Morocco). A national of France, Hélène holds a Master's in International Law and a Master's in Diplomacy and International Relations from Paris XI University, France.

Ellen Walker, Founder and Executive Director, RightsTech Women Ms. Ellen Walker is an international human rights lawyer and educator with a serious passion for empowering rights holders to know their own rights, and how to claim them. She considers herself a technology learner – as she encourages all girls and women to do – and is an advocate for lifelong learning. Ellen envisioned and founded RightsTech Women (RTW) to get more women working in STEM jobs who know about their rights, while creating a bridge between technology and human rights. Ellen brings to RTW 10+ years of experience in successful United Nations human rights advocacy, multilateral negotiations, and capacity transfer. Ellen works to reduce inequalities for women and among countries, while also learning and teaching others. Fluent in English and French, Ellen holds an LL.M. from the University of Geneva and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Mariam Lashkhi, Deputy Chair of Foreign Relations Committee, Parliament of Georgia Ms. Mariam Lashkhi is a Member of Parliament of the 10th convocation, Political Party “Georgian Dream". Mariam is an Innovation and Technology Champion, served as a Deputy Chairperson at Georgia's Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA) and was involved in Innovation Policy elaboration from the early stages while working in the World Bank. Bharati Sadasivam, Regional Gender Advisor, UNDP Istanbul Regional Hub Ms. Bharati Sadasivam is the Team Leader of the Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment team at the United Nations Development Programme, Istanbul Regional Hub. Prior to this role she served as Senior Advisor for the Civil Society Division at UNDP headquarters in New York. Before coming to UNDP, Ms. Sadasivam was a journalist for several newspapers and worked with women's organizations. |
Tamara Dancheva, Senior Manager, International Relations, GSMA For over a decade, Ms Tamara Dancheva has worked in various roles in global organizations, with a primary focus on gender equality, human rights and international relations. In her current role as Senior Manager, International Relations within the External Affairs and Industry Purpose department at the GSMA, she is responsible for leading on GSMA's strategy in the international digital gender inclusion space. She also leads on GSMA's partnerships with UN Women, the EQUALS global partnership for gender equality in the digital age, the Generation Equality Innovation and Technology Action Coalition and the Commonwealth Businesswomen's Network among others. Ms Dancheva is currently a Co-Chair of the EQUALS Skills Coalition, a Co-Chair of the Working Group on Rural Women under the W20 Indonesia Presidency and a member of the European Union Delegation to the W20 Engagement Group of G20. Additionally, Ms Dancheva has extensive experience in political party systems and democracy stemming from a previous role as Head of the Human Rights Programme for Liberal International. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Rockhurst University (Kansas City, MO, USA) and a Master's Degree in Politics and Government in the European Union from the London School of Economics (London, UK).

Against a backdrop of complex challenges, she is motivated by the fast pace of innovation in global health, and advising clients on how to improve their corporate, digital and long-term value strategy. Lea is also EY's Global Lead for EQUALS: the UN founded global partnership dedicated to bridging the digital gender divide. Lea works with leading international organizations to develop and deliver gender transformative digital skills training across the globe. Prior to her current role, Lea was the Chief of Staff and Strategic Advisor to Julie Teigland (then CEO of EY GSA) where she helped develop EY's growth strategy. She ran the internal transformation program and Strategic Execution Office, developing strategic communications and change management concepts. Lea has a MSc in International Business with a major in Finance from HULT International Business School; studying in Boston, Shanghai and New York City.

She is the creator of the website Armenian Tales. She graduated English major and French minor from the University of Bucharest and is currently studying as a Master's student for International Economy at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She is interested in databases, 3D animation and hiking.

Mario Filadoro, Policy Analyst Officer (Gender and Digital Economy), ITU Mr. Mario Filadoro, Policy Analyst within International Telecommunication Union (ITU)'s digital inclusion team. In this capacity, he designed a methodology for assessing gender references in digital policies and regulations that was implemented in three LDCs. He is currently leading the production of a handbook on gender mainstreaming practices. Prior to ITU, he was Associate Market Analyst at the International Trade Centre, where he managed projects on the participation of women in international trade in goods and services.

Ms. Vallese has been working as UNFPA Representative Kazakhstan and Country Director for Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan since September 2017. Prior to that she worked for almost 5 years as UNFPA Representative in Nepal. In different periods of her professional life, Ms. Vallese worked for UNFPA as Officer in Charge in South Sudan, Adviser in the Resource Mobilization Branch, Deputy Representative in the Pacific Sub-Regional Office (covering 14 Pacific Island countries), Special Assistant to the Deputy Executive Director, Management, Programme Officer in the Asia and Pacific Division and Programme Analyst in Eritrea. |
