The High Level Dialogue on Child Online Protection will be held on the occasion of the Council Working Group on Child Online Protection on 10 October 2016, from 9:30-10:30 in room H, ITU Headquarters, Geneva Switzerland. The event is co-organized by ITU and the Council of Europe and will commemorate the celebration of the European Cyber Security Month (ECSM). This meeting is organized in line with the Regional Initiative for Europe on Building Confidence and Security in Use of ICTs adopted by the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2014. This dialogue will be will be followed by the Twelfth Meeting of the ITU Council Working Group on Child Online Protection that will offer a great opportunity for the panellists and co-organizers to share their knowledge and expertise at the international level, by presenting some possible models to be followed by other countries.

Format
10 minutes opening remarks by each speakers followed by questions for the panellists. Panellists will present their general work on COP including their efforts to improve the agenda at the national and regional level.
