This Workshop is addressed to representatives of ministries, regulators, CIRTs, telecom operators, universities and general education institutions, telecommunication equipment manufacturers, research and design institutes, software developers and other interested stakeholders of the ITU Member States, Sector Members and Associates. The Workshop is aimed at sharing experiences in the field of cybersecurity. In particular, the Workshop will cover following issues:
- Role of public policy and international cooperation in cybersecurity
- Critical information infrastructure protection. Role of CIRTs and cooperation at national level
- Security aspects of modern telecom networks
- Security aspects of major emerging technologies: intelligent transport systems, blockchain, connected cars, smart cities
- Capacity building in the field of cybersecurity
