This Workshop is addressed to representatives of ministries, regulators, telecom operators, universities and general education institutions, telecommunication equipment manufacturers, research and development institutes, software developers and other interested stakeholders of the ITU Member States, Sector Members and Associates from CIS. The Workshop is aimed at discussing the following questions
- Strategies and programs of digital economy development (national strategies, programs and roadmaps, projects in the region)
- Creating enabling environment for digital transformation (legislation, modern regulatory approaches, standardization, human capacity building)
- E-government infrastructure and services (telecommunication networks, fiber-optic lines, cloud storage, national portals of e-services, interagency interaction, open data, Big data)
- Security and trust in the use of ICT (cybersecurity, personal data protection)
