Mentoring program. How it works?

Mentors are people with:

  • knowledge and experience on the topics of the toolkit:
    • Digital presence: Includes information about the presence in digital media of a company, person or brand and how to achieve a greater impact.
    • Online trading: Includes information about online trading, benefits and how to set it upfor a company.
    • Online marketing: Includes information about online marketing, benefits and how to set upa plan to support the theme in a company.
    • Online security: Includes information about online safety, challenges, and how to put together a plan to support the theme in a company.
    • Complementary Topics: Includes information about support issues for the digital transformation of a company such as financial issues, customer management, management of suppliers, inventory management, among others.
  • and willing to share their time and knowledge.

  • ITU keeps a permanent invitation to people interested in becoming ITU Mentors of the Digital Transformation Kit.
  • ITU will also call for applications at least once a year and with special emphasis on the countries benefited with toolkit interventions.
  • ITU will also promote the mentoring program with its Network of Women (NoW) and its Generation Connect.

A person who has participated in a DTK workshop or DTK training (physical or online).

The mentoring program can receive questions or comments at .... You must have participated in a DTK workshop or DTK training (physical or online) to send them. ITU  will send the question to mentors and they will provide an answer that ITU will review before sending the answer to the requester. The question and its answer may become part of the question and answer collection.

Mentors can also help by conducting online workshops on the DTK or one or more of its chapters.
