Anne-Rachel Inné is the International Telecommunicatio​ns Union (ITU) R​egional Director for Africa. She also serves as liaison to the African Union and UNECA.​    A​ 25 years ​veteran of internati​​onal telecommunications - Internet/ICTs expert, she has worked as an executive at several global Internet root organisations. She holds an MBA in International Finance/Economics-International Management. ​
