The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is pleased to invite staff from concerned ministries and regulators in Africa to the online workshop on the preparation of the National Table of Frequency Allocation (NTFA) taking place on 24 - 27 May 2021 from 10-13 (Geneva time) - with English/French interpretation.
The workshop is one of the activities of the Policy and Regulation Initiative for Digital Africa (PRIDA) that aims to build the capacity on the process of developing and updating a NTFA that conforms with ITU Radio Regulations (ITU-RR).
For the countries that also require direct technical assistance on developing and updating their NTFA, additional activities will be provided during June and July 2021 and each administration should nominate two spectrum management experts (including at least one female) who must participate in the above workshop and the subsequent activities.
PRIDA is an initiative by the African Union, the European Union and the ITU. It is also supported by ATU, Regional Economic Communities, Regional Regulatory Associations, National Regulators and other stakeholders.
We look forward to your respective participation in this event.
