Sponsorship activities on the occasion of Cybersecurity Workshop (26 January 2017)

In conjunction with the annual meetings of the ITU-D Study Group Rapporteur Groups, an associated Cybersecurity Workshop will take place on 26 January 2017.

Side activities: Presentation session (15 minutes) and exhibition stand (1 day)

    The opportunity for entities to promote and showcase their innovative ICT solutions on particular key sector issues to Workshop participants (cybersecurity, emergency telecommunication, e-health, smart societies, accessibility, etc.) through a dedicated 15 minutes presentation session and at an exhibition stand.

Social events: Coffee/tea breaks

    The opportunity for entities to achieve high profile visibility by hosting a coffee/tea break during the set break (afternoon) for the Cybersecurity Workshop.

Sponsorship fee: USD 3’000
 The sponsorship fee include the aforementioned visibility benefits as well as the cost of the drinks and some pastries for 120 participants.


Social events: Networking Lunch (on invitation – maximum 60 guests)

    The opportunity for entities to have high profile visibility by hosting a lunch during the Cybersecurity Workshop. Upon request, the lunch can include a presentation, talk, interactive discussion, etc.

Sponsorship fee (drinks and cocktail sandwiches): USD 7’000
 The sponsorship fee include the aforementioned visibility benefits as well as the cost of the lunch for 60 invited guests.

    The opportunity for entities to get high profile visibility by hosting an evening reception during the Cybersecurity Workshop. An evening reception allows to entertain delegates in more informal setting.
