ITU-G3ict Report: Making Television Accessible (2011)
This report looks at the strategic implications of making audiovisual content (with an emphasis on digital media) accessible to persons with disabilities. The focus includes not only the content itself, but also the information and devices needed by people to enjoy audiovisual content. It is written for professionals involved in decisions to introduce or scale up measures to make television and other kinds of audiovisual content accessible: access service advocates, media executives, regulators, legislators, pay-TV operators, consumers electronics manufacturers, and sales outlets.
