The World Telecommunication Development Conference 2014 (WTDC 2014) Regional Preparatory Meeting for Asia and the Pacific countries (RPM ASP) took  place from 30 April to 2nd May 2013 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. RPM ASP was preceded by the Regional Development Forum (RDF) for Asia and the Pacific countries on 29 April. Both events were hosted by the Government of Cambodia.
