The World Telecommunication Development Conference 2014 (WTDC 2014) Regional Preparatory Meeting for Africa (RPM AFR) took place from 2 to 4 October 2013 in Accra, Ghana. RPM AFR was preceded by the Regional Development Forum (RDF) for Africa on 1st October. Both events were hosted by the Government of Ghana.
