Jean-Fran�ois Renaudin has got a diplom-engineer degree from the French "Ecole Centrale" in Lyon.
He entered successively the German "Technishe Hochschule" in Darmstadt where he was appointed as university assistant to the mechanical department, a French research center, CETIM, where he has been in charge of simulation softwares and knowledged based systems, and the French truck manufacturer RENAULT VI, where he got responsibilities for managing design and/or testing teams and where since 10 years he has been managing the engine regulation and certification department.
Within the Volvo organisation he is currently in charge of following the OBD rule making process, in Europe and worldwide. He is also currently the technical secretary of the UN informal group in charge of drafting world-wide harmonized technical rules concerning Heavy-Duty OBD |
