Dr. Christine Kanz, born 1971, studied law at the Universities of Bonn, Passau (both Germany) and Sydney. She was admitted in 1998 and did her PhD in trademark law in 2001 at the Max-Planck-Institute for Intellectual Property in Munich. She has been with the law firm of Clifford Chance until 2004 focussing on patent litigation, trademark litigation and product liability, the latter for the automotive industry. She has participated in many EU projects such as RESPONSE, CHAUFFEUR being responsible for the legal issues of Driver Assistance Systems. She is currently a member of law firm REIMANN OSTERRIETH K�HLER HAFT in D�sseldorf, Germany continuing her specialization described before. |
