Summary:

The EMF-estimator software that is the Appendix I of the Recommendation ITU-T K.70 uses Microsoft Access databank for collection of the input and output data. Microsoft Access has various versions. In result, different installation procedures have to be used in order to obtain a software that may properly operate on a dedicated PC. It is proposed to update the information included in the Appendix I of the Recommendation ITU-T K.70 in order to make the installation procedure more clear.
