This section deals with the Introduction of this topic and the scope of this technical report deals with exploring the usage of DLT in handling the accounting, policy, economic and regulatory issues in the International Telecom/ICT domain. It also proposes to study the potential of DLT as an accounting tool with its features of Triple Ledger accounting.
