ITU-T K.20建议书规定了安装在电信中心的电信设备的抗力要求和测试程序。本建议书所述的过电压或过电流是指包括发电厂上或附近发生雷击、相邻交流电源线或铁路系统造成短期导电、电源故障引发大地电位上升、电信线与电源线的直接接触以及静电放电等原因导致的电压和电流的突升。设备/机架之间的内部线路过电压源主要是由于雷击电流造成的导体耦合,这又主要是来自附近导体传导来的雷电电击或雷电电流。相比较于2008年版本,本建议书有以下主要改动:• 参考文献更新;• 有关应对哪个USB端口进行测试的信息;• 有关应何时对未测试端口增加保护的信息;• 增加了外部同轴电缆端口测试要求;• 增加了多导体内部无防护电缆端口的测试要求。相比较于2011年版本,本建议书有以下主要改动:• 增加了无屏蔽双绞线(UTPE)以太网的测试要求;• 增加了有屏蔽双绞线(STPE)以太网的测试要求;• 增加了通过以太网供电(PoE)的测试要求;• 增加了STPE屏蔽测试。 |
