Рекомендация МСЭ-Т L.1032 составляет часть серии Рекомендаций МСЭ-T, в которой рассматриваются требования к предприятиям по утилизации отходов оборудования информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ). Настоящая Рекомендация предназначена, в частности, для предприятий неформального сектора, занимающихся сбором и демонтажом отходов электрического и электронного оборудования (ОЭЭО). Эти Рекомендации следует изучать наряду с требованиями национального законодательства и техническими требованиями к предприятиям по утилизации ОЭЭО, работающим на национальном уровне. На сайте МСЭ-Т по адресу: //1f8a81b9b0707b63-19211.webchannel-proxy.scarabresearch.com/en/ITU-T/Pages/default.aspx опубликован ряд стандартов по ОЭЭО, связанных с настоящей серией Рекомендаций. Актуальная информация о региональных и международных конвенциях и законодательстве размещена по следующим адресам: www.Basel.int (Базельская конвенция), http://ec.europa.eu/environment/waste/shipments/legis.htm (нормативные положения ЕС, касающиеся перевозки отходов) и http://ec.europa.eu/environment/waste/weee/index_en.htm (Директива ЕС по ОЭЭО). Наряду с этим существует ряд обязательных и рекомендательных стандартов, которые касаются условий труда работников и условий окружающей среды и которые могут служить руководством для совершенствования национального законодательства и качества утилизации в тех случаях, когда такие стандарты еще не внедрены. |
