La présente Recommandation spécifie les prescriptions d'immunité et les procédures d'essai relatives aux équipements de télécommunication des centres de télécommunication.Les surtensions ou surintensités visées par la présente Recommandation se composent des chocs dus à la foudre touchant l'installation de ligne ou son voisinage, l'induction à court terme de tensions alternatives provenant de lignes de traction ou de systèmes de voies ferrées adjacents, les élévations du potentiel de terre dues à des délestages, les contacts directs entre lignes de télécommunication et lignes de transport d'énergie, ainsi que les décharges électrostatiques. |
