La Recommandation UIT-T L.1508 encourage les villes et les zones côtières à adopter les technologies de l'information et de la communication, ainsi que la transformation numérique, pour fournir des solutions innovantes permettant d'accélérer l'adaptation aux effets des changements climatiques et d'améliorer la résilience face à ces changements.Les villes et les zones côtières sont particulièrement vulnérables aux répercussions des changements climatiques, y compris les inondations, l'élévation du niveau de la mer, les ondes de tempête, les précipitations, etc. La fréquence et l'intensité de ces répercussions continuent de s'aggraver en raison des changements climatiques. Il est donc impératif que les villes et les zones côtières prennent de manière proactive des mesures d'adaptation aux effets des changements climatiques pour limiter ces répercussions. |
