Méthode d'évaluation de la performance de circularité |
La Recommandation UIT-T L.1023 décrit une méthode d'évaluation pour les notations des biens utilisant les technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC) dans l'économie circulaire. La méthode d'évaluation s'articule autour de trois étapes: 1) Définir la pertinence et l'applicabilité (R) de chaque critère pour la conception d'un produit circulaire (CCPD) pour les biens TIC dont il est question. 2) Évaluer la marge de progression (MI) de chaque critère. 3) Calculer la note (score) au regard de l'économie circulaire, de 0 à 100%, pour le bien TIC en question pour les trois ensembles de lignes directrices relatives à la conception de produits circulaires (CDGG). Pour ce faire, il faut notamment: – utiliser une matrice de valeurs prédéfinies pour identifier la note, allant de 0 à 100%, pour chaque combinaison R×MI; – calculer la moyenne des critères inclus pour le bien TIC en question séparément pour les trois ensembles: durabilité du produit, capacité de recyclage, réparation, réutilisation et mise à niveau à l'échelle de l'équipement et du fabricant. |
