La Recommandation UIT-T L.1032 fait partie d'une série de Recommandations UIT-T qui porte sur les exigences concernant les recycleurs de déchets résultant de l'utilisation des technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC). En particulier, cette Recommandation porte sur l'implication du secteur informel dans la collecte et le démantèlement des déchets d'équipements électriques et électroniques (DEEE). Elle doit être consultée en parallèle de la législation nationale et des exigences techniques concernant les recycleurs de DEEE à l'échelle nationale. Un certain nombre de normes sur les DEEE, se rapportant à la série de Recommandations en question, sont publiées sur le site web de l'UIT-T à l'adresse suivante: //1f8a81b9b0707b63-19211.webchannel-proxy.scarabresearch.com/en/ITU-T/Pages/default.aspx. On trouvera des informations actualisées sur la législation et les conventions régionales et internationales évoquées aux adresses suivantes: www.Basel.int (pour la Convention de Bâle), http://ec.europa.eu/environment/waste/shipments/legis.htm (pour la réglementation de l'UE concernant le transport des déchets) et http://ec.europa.eu/environment/waste/weee/index_en.htm (pour la directive de l'UE relative aux DEEE). En outre, il existe un certain nombre de normes obligatoires et facultatives sur les conditions de travail des employés et sur l'environnement, qui peuvent servir de lignes directrices pour améliorer la législation nationale et la qualité du recyclage, dans les pays où ces normes n'ont pas encore été mises en œuvre. |
