La Recomendación UIT-T L.1032 forma parte de la serie de Recomendaciones UIT-T que considera los requisitos de los recicladores de residuos de tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC). Esta Recomendación versa, en concreto, sobre el sector informal de recuperación y desguace de residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos (RAEE).
Esta Recomendación se ha de considerar en paralelo a la legislación nacional y los requisitos técnicos aplicables a los recicladores de RAEE a nivel nacional. En el sitio web del UIT-T (//1f8a81b9b0707b63-19211.webchannel-proxy.scarabresearch.com/en/ITU-T/Pages/default.aspx ) se publican diversas normas sobre RAEE, relacionadas con esta serie de Recomendaciones.
Pueden encontrarse las versiones actualizadas de los convenios y legislaciones regionales e internacionales presentados en: www.Basel.int (Convenio de Basilea) y en: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/waste/shipments/legis.htm (reglamentación del transporte de residuos en la UE) y en: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/waste/weee/index_en.htm (Directiva RAEE de la UE).
Hay además una serie de normas obligatorias y voluntarias en materia de condiciones de tratamiento para los trabajadores y el medio ambiente que pueden utilizarse como guía para mejorar la legislación nacional y la calidad del reciclaje allí donde estas normas aún no son de aplicación. |
