يُعترف على نطاق واسع في الوقت الراهن بأن التجاوز من جانب الاتصالات الصوتية في الخدمات المتاحة بحرية على الإنترنت يعتبر شكلاً من أشكال تجاوز الحركة ومصدراً متزايداً للخسائر في إيرادات الخدمات الصوتية الدولية الواردة. وتركز هذه التوصية الإقليمية الموجهة لإفريقيا على التعاون على الصعيدين الوطني والإقليمي بين الدول الأعضاء والمشغلين للتعامل مع قضية التجاوز من جانب الاتصالات الصوتية في الخدمات المتاحة بحرية على الإنترنت. |
