مبادئ توجيهية بشأن تنفيذ هدف الحد من المخلفات الإلكترونية لبرنامج التوصيل في 2020

تصف التوصية ITU-T L.1031 نهجاً من ثلاث مراحل لمعالجة هدف الحد من النفايات الإلكترونية في برنامج التوصيل 2020. وتتكون هذه المراحل من إرشادات بشأن إعداد قائمة جرد للنفايات الإلكترونية، ونُهج تصميم لبرامج منع النفايات الإلكترونية والتخفيف منها، والتدابير الداعمة اللازمة لإنجاح تنفيذ هدف برنامج التوصيل 2020 بشأن النفايات الإلكترونية.
ويراد لهذه التوصية أن يستخدمها أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين لاتخاذ الخطوة الأولى في معالجة الهدف 2.3 من برنامج التوصيل 2020 وهو تقليل النفايات بنسبة %50 بحلول عام 2020.
