ITU Council 2021

In accordance with Council Decision 620, the 2021 Session of the Council was planned to be held ​at ITU Headquarters in​ Geneva from 8 to 18 June 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic still resulting in restrictions on work and travel, it was not possible to hold physical meeting of the Council in June, and the virtual consultation of councillors (C21\VCC-1) was held instead, from 8 to 18 June 2021.

  REGISTRATION to the Council Working Groups and Expert Groups is open!

  The 2022 session of the Council i​s scheduled  from Monday, 21 March to Thursday, 31 March 2022.​​

In times of COVID-19, there was no physical meeting of C20 and C21. Three virtual consultations​ of councillors​ were held under the chairmanship of the Vice-Chair of Council 2019, Mr Saif Bin Ghelaita (United Arab Emirates).
