Mr CHEN Yin is the Director General of the Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(MIIT). He was appointed as the Deputy Director General of the Bureau of Telecommunications Administration, Ministry of Information Industry and the Director General of the Department of International Cooperation, MIIT.
Mr CHEN holds his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, EMBA from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and DBA from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He was the New World Fellow for Spring Semester 2013 of the Harvard Kennedy School.
