​Frank Makoza is a PhD student at University of Cape Town. He holds a Masters degree in Information Systems from University
of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Business Information Technology from London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. His research interests are in assessing societal impact of ICT in context of developing countries. He has published peer-reviewed Journal articles and conference papers.
