Introduction
At the kind invitation of Tunisie Telecom, Tunisia, ITU is organizing a workshop on "ICT Innovations in Emerging Economies" at Le Palace Hôtel, Tunis, Tunisia on 28 January 2014. This workshop will be followed by the 7th meeting of the FG Innovation from 29 to 30 January at the same venue and will also be hosted by Tunisie Telecom.
Objectives
The main objective of the event is to present the work programme of the ITU-T Focus Group “Bridging the gap: from innovation to standards” and to highlight particular ICT innovations which have been successful in the region.
Target Audience
ITU Member States, ICT companies, ICT research organizations, service providers, ICT start ups in the region, and academia.
