| Taking into account of the wide adoption and influence in industrial of this series of Recommendations (H.626V2 and H.627V2), this Conformance testing project will promote products which are compliant to this series of Recommendations, help operators, vendors, and integrators to implement this series of ITU-T Recommendations and better facilitate the interconnection between IVS platform and devices.
| First — gather interested vendors, operators, integrators and others who implement Recs. ITU-T H.626V2 and ITU-T H.627V2 to identify and harmonize their testing requirements and collaborate to proceed and release the test specification F.TSVSN.
Second — select appropriate testing organization(s) that are competent to perform the conformance testing for the H.627V2 against these testing requirements using agreed test suites.
Third — testing organization(s) to test the products which are based on the Recs. H.627V2 by agreed test suites.
Fourth — populate the ITU-T product conformance database with testing results generated by selected testing

| There are a lot of implementations of mobile number portability (MNP) solutions used by telecom operators in the world. Most of them are based on the ITU-T Q.suppl.4. Conformance testing of MNP solutions/equipment is a market driven issue which can help operators and service providers of developing countries to check the compliance of the chosen solutions/equipment to the requirements defined by ITU-T Q.Suppl.4.
| First – draft conformance test specifications of MNP, involving interesting parties
Second – test MNP solution against ITU-T Q.Supl.4, using developed ITU-T conformance test specification
Third – populate the ITU Product Conformity Database with testing results
