​​​What are the TECH TALKS?

​​​​​The TECH TALKS series was conceptualized as an engagement dialogue platform exclusively for ITU-D Members.  These TALKS provide ITU-D Members with an opportunity to present their technologies and innovative approaches in their respective areas, share their best practices in the application and use of these technologies in the space of telecommunications and ICT development. 

 

Objectives

The TECH TALKS series, run by industry, private sector entities, and other entities among ITU-D Membership, aims to give ITU-D members, based on manifestation of interest, opportunities to present technological trends in their areas and their work in the space of digital development, as well as the chance to partner​ in ITU projects. 
  • To bring industry perspectives from ITU-D Sector Members to the forefront, highlighting current and future complexities, opportunities and challenges in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
  • To raise awareness of key technological trends and pressing topics related to digital development.
  • ​To facilitate the exchange of expert insights, on future digital developments from the industry and private sector perspectives that are driving digital transformation today​.
