During ITU's celebrations to mark World Telecommunication & Information Society Day (WTISD) 2024, the BDT Director presented ITU-D's work in scaling up global digital innovation and highlighted key initiatives including the Innovation4Digital Alliance, the Digital Innovation Board, 17 ITU Acceleration Centers, the ITU Global Innovation Centre in India, and a series of national Digital Innovation Profiles. He also emphasized the importance of ITU's efforts to foster innovation for an inclusive and sustainable digital future for all.
