The PP-06 logo cannot be used without prior written authorization from ITU. Persons wishing to reproduce the PP-06 logo must submit their requests, in writing, to the Legal Affairs Unit of the Union. Requests must contain the following information:

1. Full name of contact person and full name/address of requesting entity.

2. Clarification as to the framework in which the logo will be used.
