Description *
The Inter-American Development Bank, the Ministry of Science and ICT of the Republic of Korea, and the Telecommunications Regulatory Entity of Nicaragua established Centro de Estudios Avanzados en Banda Ancha para el Desarrollo (CEABAD) for public officials to increase the capacity of government officials in six Central American countries, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico on June 2014 in Nicaragua. The Center offers e-learning programs, face to face workshops, and regional forums. Currently, more than 2,927 government officials in Central American region have been trained by the programs of CEABAD.
