Project title *
Kerjabilitas, job platform for persons with disabilities
Description *
Kerjabilitas is an award winning job portal for jobseekers with disabilities in Indonesia. It is aimed to tackle unemployment with disabilities' issue that reaches as high as 76% of working age population with disabilities, or equal to 7.7 million people. In addition to job portal, Kerjabilitas provides soft skill learning content to help jobseekers increasing their employability. Its team also provides guidelines and advises to help employer to follow practical steps to be inclusive employer on a consultancy and offline basis. Its also known as an aggressive movement that pushed the government and private sectors to make the first inclusive job market fair in 2015. As of today, Kerjabilitas is serving 7,000 jobseekers with disabilities and partner with 800 inclusive or to be inclusive employers across Indonesia. It is registered that 80 jobseekers have been placed to various jobs, through this program. In 2016, Kerjabilitas accelerated (incubated) by Google, together with 24 other emerging startups from Indonesia, India and Brazil, and receive vast and comprehensive mentoring from experts.

Partners
We partner with Ministry of Manpower of The Republic Indonesia as policy maker. As in Indonesia we have 1% quota law that obligate every companies with at least 100 employees should persons with disabilities. We partner with Ford Foundation Indonesia as our donor. In addition to that, we partner with 800 employers, including Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Mandiri (1st and 2nd biggest banks in Indonesia), Accor Hotel, Carrefour, Loreal, and many more.
