The project creates the first top-thinking designing method to help the implementation of smart city, creates the smart city SCP software framework to enhance China's international competitiveness on smart city technology, creates a unified information model of multivariate heterogeneous data based on GIS, creates the first city resource thread tool (RRT), possesses 23 international leading independent intellectual property rights and speeds up the construction of a "strong, rich, beautiful and high-level" Nanjing.
