Description *
The Albanian government aims to provide high quality services for citizens in a transparent, effective, and efficient way through the use of modern technologies and innovative services. To this end, under the leadership of the Ministry of Innovation and Public Administration (MIPA), the Department of Public Administration (DoPA) has built an online recruitment portal, in order to enhance good and open governance in the recruitment process for the Albanian civil service. This Recruitment Portal System (RPS) improves the mode of application for all applicants applying for vacancies through DoPA, whereby, applicants can register, create their personal profiles, apply for available vacancies and receive continuous feedback on all steps of their application status. DoPA’s official webpage strives to enhance access to information and services for Albania's civil servant and general population as well. The RPS serves as a resource for information, collaboration and training, since it supports and integrates with critical front-office and back-office business applications to ensure a seamless transition of critical data through the recruitment work flow - from job posting, to candidate screening, selection and appointment.
