IT Capability Management
CapableIT
IT Capability Management is a program that helped SASO IT to develop and manage targeted capabilities to execute its IT Strategy. It is based on the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA), and is supported by a system that automates the stages of capability management, called CapableIT. The stages of capability management are: organize, acquire, deploy, assess, develop, appraise, and reward.
