Project goal is to convert all civil servant processes and procedures to be executed through digital systems and platforms

In collaboration with its partners and stockholders, GPC, which is responsible for the implementation of the civil servant law in all Palestinian organizations (86), has reached the desired result. We devolved and implemented the following systems across 86 organizations (E-archive system, HRMIS system, E-recruitment system, E-exam system).

AS the result of the systems Work performance has improved, there is no longer any margin for error in transactions, and the system has enabled all stakeholders to follow up on the progress of procedures. GPC implemented telework easily during

the project idea can be implemented in any work environment has many stockholder , and multiply complicated processes in order to improve work performance by benefits of the advantages of the digital systems which help work to be more accurate , easier to audit and improve governance

the project converted the way GPC works from paper based to paperless , and all processes between GPC and Civil servant organizations done throw those systems .
This projects has been adopted as an official means of implementing procedures .
since 2020 GPC send official letters to all 86 organizations that the processes well be implemented only throw these projects

the project supports strong organizations the 16th goal of the SDGs ,moreover the project Strengthens governance and fairness in implementing procedures
