Description

"myGov" platform is a pioneering government concept that seamlessly integrates citizens, state entities, and businesses onto a unified electronic service platform. This innovative system aims to provide a comprehensive array of cutting-edge digital services, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Through the "myGov" portal, citizens gain access to information provided by government agencies, enabling them to engage with services electronically, acquire e-documents, verify the accuracy of their information, and seamlessly manage the process of sharing their data with other institutions.

WSIS values promotion

1) Transforming services into citizen-centric experiences Introducing a seamless one-click approach to pivotal life events, specifically birth, marriage and death on our esteemed "MyGov" platform. The birth registration functionality ensures a straightforward and efficient process for parents to officially register their child's birth. Users are welcomed to a user-friendly interface, facilitating the input of crucial details such as the baby's name, date of birth, and parental information. Notably, our system exhibits intelligent features, suggesting possible names based on the provided input, embodying a considerate and helpful dimension to the registration process 2) Informative and Reminder Notifications When information related to a citizen is updated, validity period of their documents expires, or when new services are added to the system, citizens receive notifications through SMS, email, and their personal cabinet. 3) Consent Management Information regarding citizens is transferred to third parties only after the citizen confirms the inquiry sent by the relevant institutions in their personal cabinet. Additionally, citizens can proactively transfer information about themselves to other parties. Users enjoy complete control, effortlessly granting or revoking consent for data processing with a few clicks. Our transparent and user-friendly system ensures individuals are kept well-informed about the utilization of their data. 4) Digital Wallet Users are granted secure access to a personalized dashboard, offering seamless management and viewing of vital documents. This includes Digital ID, Driver License, Marriage Certificate, and Passport. The centralized hub ensures swift and easy access to critical information, fostering efficiency and delivering a user-centric experience. Our platform is meticulously designed to empower individuals, providing control over their documents, and enhancing the overall accessibility and usability of governmental services.
