The Online Administrative Execution Service is an online service that allows beneficiaries to fill in a request for a court order to be executed by filling in the details of the plaintiff, and the defendant, along with registering specific details of the court order like its number, its date, its origin, and its type, with a consultation from the selected courthouse to complete the course of the application process. It has accelerated the overall process of administrative execution of court orders in the kingdom, which has allowed the society to attain justice easily and swiftly.

• Increase the strength of the Ministry of Justice tools in administrative execution. • Implement the rulings enforceable in human rights issues, cases of alimony for divorced women, or support for the children of divorced women. • Increase the speed at which implementation of judicial decisions is carried out, and tighten the control on any type of delaying tactics. • Accelerate the delivery of rights related to civil issues. • Disclosure, seizure, and administrative execution of the bank and investment funds of those whom the administrative execution request is against. • Minimize procedures and reduce correspondences. • Accelerate the pace of work so that the auditor does not require frequent visits to the courts, or other authorities, in order to comment on a transaction. • Make it possible for the judges to take subsequent procedures in a very flexible way, depending on the link.
