WSIS values promotion

• Increase the strength of the Ministry of Justice tools in administrative execution. • Implement the rulings enforceable in human rights issues, cases of alimony for divorced women, or support for the children of divorced women. • Increase the speed at which implementation of judicial decisions is carried out, and tighten the control on any type of delaying tactics. • Accelerate the delivery of rights related to civil issues. • Disclosure, seizure, and administrative execution of the bank and investment funds of those whom the administrative execution request is against. • Minimize procedures and reduce correspondences. • Accelerate the pace of work so that the auditor does not require frequent visits to the courts, or other authorities, in order to comment on a transaction. • Make it possible for the judges to take subsequent procedures in a very flexible way, depending on the link.
