In accordance with its mission to promote the sustainable and competitive development of the Brazilian economy, BNDES, in partnership with the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications (MCTIC), supported the execution of a study for the diagnosis and proposal of the plan of strategic action for the country in Internet of Things (IoT).
The study was conducted by McKinsey Consortium / Foundation CPqD / Pereira Neto Macedo, with the objective of conducting a diagnosis and proposing public policies in the theme Internet of Things for Brazil. One of the main goals of this study was to get an overview of the impact of IoT in Brazil and understand the ICT skills in the Country.
