Description of the event
|
This year will be our 5th year of putting on a BBC online event to celebrate Girls in ICT Day! This year girls and teachers will join us for 5 hours in a webinar which promises to be entertaining, informative and inspiring, with demonstrations, activities and a chance for the girls to ask questions directly to women working in STEM and ICT roles at the BBC, ITU and EBU. We want our girls to be part of something happening across the globe - to give them an opportunity to see how ICT underpins so much of what we do and to understand the amazing breadth of what broadcasting is all about technically.
