Mr. Abdullahi graduated with BS in Business Administrations from Regents University in London, UK in 2013 and MS in Economics and Management.

Since 1999, Mr. Abdullahi has been working in the telecom industry. He gained experience in working with telecom companies in UK, UAE and Somalia for the past 20 years. He Joined National Communications Authority (NCA) of Somalia at its inception in 2018 as a member of Board of directors and served as the deputy general manager from 2018 to June 2020. He is currently the acting general manager of NCA.

Mr. Abdullahi’s research interests include digitalization of services, emerging technologies (E.g., AI, IoT, etc), Big data, ICT governance, and Data Centers.
