Muath AlRumayh is the manager of the international collaboration and negotiation at the Communication and Information Technology Commission (CITC) of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. AlRumayh has a wide range of experiences in aspects related to ICT, this includes drafting national and international policies and regulations, developing and adopting innovative initiatives to enable new and emerging technologies, and implementing capacity-building programs. With an active involvement in international ICT indicators and reports, Mr. AlRumayh is chairing the Arab expert group on the E-Government Development Index (EGDI), and has deep knowledge in many other indicators such as the ICT Development Index (IDI), Global Competitiveness Index (GCI), ICT Regulatory Tracker, and G5 Benchmark.

As representative of Saudi Arabia, Mr. AlRumayh has effectively engaged in and contributed to various regional and international organizations and fora related to ICT, namely ITU, G20, WEF, WTO, ECOSOC, Broadband Commission, ICANN, GCC Council, and he League of Arab States.
