Klée is the Senior Advisor – Strategic Engagement & Capacity Building at APNIC, the Regional Internet Registry for the Asia-Pacific. In this role he works to realize APNIC’s vision of a global, open, stable, and secure Internet across the region’s 56 economies as well as internationally. He is also an Advisory Board member of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE), which works for more informed, complimentary, and impactful cyber capacity building.
Previously he was APNIC’s External Relations Manager and prior to joining the APNIC team he was an analyst with the International Cyber Policy Centre at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) where he researched domestic and regional cyber policy developments. He has also spent several years working in DC, serving stints with the International Technology and Trade Associates and the Atlantic Council.
