Attorney. Director the Federal Authority for Information & Communication Technologies (AFTIC) in 2015. National representative during four periods, being member of different congressional committees such as Science, Technology & Productive Innovation; Small and Medium-sized Industries; Bicameral Committee for the Promotion & Follow-up of Audiovisual Communication; and Vice Chairman of the Budget & Finance Committee. He held office for two mandates as province representative in Jujuy, in addition to being a delegate to the Constitutional Reform Convention in 1985.
