Dr. Raquel Gatto is a lawyer and currently Regional Policy Manager for Latin America and Caribbean at Internet Society (ISOC). Prior to this position she has served as Director at Internet Society Brazil Chapter. She is also a member of the United Nations Internet Governance Multistakeholder Advisory Group (IGF-MAG).

On the academic side, she holds a PhD in Law focused on Internet Governance at PUC-SP. She is also a member of Global Internet Governance Academic Network – GigaNet.
