The WSIS+10 High-Level Event, an extended version of the WSIS Forum, is designed to review the progress made in the implementation of the WSIS Outcomes under the mandates of participating agencies and to take stock of the achievements made in the last 10 years based on reports of WSIS Stakeholders, including those submitted by ITU Member States, Action Line Facilitators and other stakeholders.
All Member States are encouraged to submit 10-Year Country Reports on the Implementation of the WSIS Outcomes based on the templates that were agree by multistakeholder consensus during the WSIS+10 Plenary Sessions held during the WSIS Forum 2012.
