Abstracto :

This contribution discusses new trends in international Telecommunications/ICTs services relevant to be considered for the review of the ITRs; empirical data on the current use of the ITRs; and the relevance of the ITRs. This is in line with 2 of the ToR of the EG-ITRs. The first paragraph of each Annex of this contribution indicates the specific item (2(a), 2(b), 2(c)) of the ToR to which it is primarily related.
