Abstracto :

This document outlines imperative aspects that need to be considered in deciding the best way moving forward regrading bridging the financial gap of HQ Premises Project. These aspects include financial implications, operational impacts, sponsorships and ITU requirements. As conclusion of the analysis provided in this document, we belief that opting option 1 (increase in the loan to bridge the funding gap) is more appropriate to secure the needed fund for HQ Premises Project.
